Do I select my own employee(s)?

Absolutely! We encourage it. We give our clients as little or as much oversight in choosing their employee as they wish. You can choose someone who you are most comfortable with and whom you feel will meet your needs. You can listen to voice clips of our actual applicants which is updated daily in our voice clip database or even speak to the applicant.

Can you hire someone with a specific set of skills?

Specialty professions may be hired for your specific needs. But this requires a slightly longer time for hiring and will obviously require a higher salary. It also follows that our service rate would be slightly higher. 

Can I set the hours and days?

Yes, you choose the day or hours that suit you and your business. We operate during UK business hours.

Can I offer incentives or bonuses to my employee(s)?

The best way to increase morale, motivate and increase productivity of any employee is to give a little something to strive for. So, while we do not obligate clients to provide this additional compensation, based on our experience, it more than pays for itself. 100% goes directly to your employee so a small amount goes a long way!

Will my employee(s) tell callers they are in Vietnam?

Your employee will represent sent you and your business, therefore, you are in full control. If your office is in Manchester, for example, you may instruct your employee to say that they are currently in Manchester. Your employee’s dedicated phone line is local to you and your business and we can provide you and your employee with information pertaining to your local market, such as maps, local businesses, and others.

What if my employee gets sick?

We cannot manage people’s health and prevent illnesses and other unfortunate events. You would deal with this much in the same fashion as you would if it were your very own employee working right in your office. You may require make-up days for your employee and/or extended work hours until the absence is made up.

How do I know employee is actually working?

Our managers will provide full and in-depth oversight, thus maintaining the quality of service at a much, much lower price.

Can I change my employee if I’m not happy with their performance?

If its not working out well for you, please let us know and we will immediately find someone else for you.

Can I manage my employee in-house?

We have on online time clock system that you can use to verify that your dedicated employee has “punched in” at www.OnTheClock.com. You also have full free access to your employees PC through www.LogMeIn.com. This will allow you to view and even take full control of your employee’ PC. We also give you access to our CCTV system for online viewing at http://live.Low Cost Labour.com

What is the time difference between the UK and the Vietnam?

Vietnam is six hours ahead of GMT. So if it is 9.00am in London its 3.00pm in Vietnam.

Is there a contract?

Yes, our service is offered on a month-to-month basis and the contract reflects this.

What are the payment terms?

Our service is pre-paid. Payment is due immediately on the start date of your employee by credit card or bank transfer.

What about refunds?

However rare, if you want to cancel anytime during your first month, we will refund the pro-rated portion of your funds by cheque within fourteen days.

How long does it take to get started?

Usually around 14-21 days depending on your requirements.
